Recently, PAC launched a new product OptiMVD – Mini Viscometer and Density Meter: another step in their master plan to fuel confidence in Laboratory and R&D Managers.

  • Model SS – Single injection + single viscometer + single density meter
  • Model AS1 – One 24 position carousel + single viscometer + single density meter
  • Model AS2 – Two 24 position carousel + dual viscometer + dual density meter
• Automatic loading, testing, cleaning and drying in all models
• Viscosity range: Up to 2000 cSt @ 40°C and up to 180 cSt @ 100 Deg°C
• Peltier Temperature control between 15°C to 100°C
• Built-in heating for high viscosity samples
• In the AS2 model – both viscosity measurements – 40°C and 100°C – are done on the SAME SAMPLE SIMULTANEOUSLY – thus increasing throughput of your analysis significantly
• Automatic VI calculation in AS2 model
• Very low solvent consumption
• Capped sample vials to avoid loss of volatiles
